A methodical, diligent and robust approach displayed to ensure that all data is gathered - Ensure negative posts are handled in line with departmental processes adhering to Ofgem regulations at all times.   - Resolving complex issues within time constraints and preventing complaints being escalated to the Energy Ombudsman.
