    Sales Advisor Monday - Friday Shifts  Start date: Monday 28th June 2021    Salary: £9.50 per hour + Bonus Operational Hours Monday-Friday 10am – 7:30pm. Occasional Saturday for Over-time.   Location - You will be required to initially work home & then our Sunderland site.   Due to the Coronavirus pandemic we are looking at home working solutions for upcoming training groups to stay within government guidelines and keep you safe whilst in lockdown. It employs 13,331 people, and handles 5.7 million customer accounts.   As a Outbound Advisor you will utilise your customer service and sales skills to contact our client’s customers, assisting with any problems they may have and making them aware of other services that may be better suited to them. Your role would be to contact new customers  and sell them a new tariff and assist  with quotations as well as answering any queries relating to domestic gas and electricity accounts. You will pro-actively cross sell other products and services to ensure our customers are provided the best services available.
