We are currently looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our team! 

 

This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary between £50,000 to £60,0000 dependant on skills, knowledge and experience, bonus, and benefits package.

This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for delivering and maintaining a business-led IT strategy that empowers every part of Kura’s operations. You’ll lead a talented internal team and manage key third-party relationships, ensuring that our IT infrastructure, systems, and services are not only secure and robust but are actively driving innovation and business efficiency.

  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Strong background in IT strategy development, service management, and supplier governance.
  • Deep understanding of business systems, IT infrastructure, cyber security, and emerging technologies.
  • Track record of leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Commercially astute with experience in IT budgeting and cost control.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to lead change and deliver results.
