Customer Service Advisor - Utilities

Location: Glasgow

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm (40 Hours)

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Role Details

To manage telephone calls from our client’s customer base, with a view to assisting them with their enquiries.  These enquiries may include account queries, escalated customer complaints, account payments, setting up direct debits and any other general enquiries.

 

  • Requesting payments, setting up direct debits and instalments plans.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues and escalate where required.
  • Handle and manager customer complaints from start to resolution, ensuring the customer is at the forefront of customer care provided.
  • Managing both inbound and outbound debt recovery efforts.

Requirements

  • You will receive several weeks of full paid training on our systems, products, and call handling

    • Experience of working in a high-volume customer contact environment
    • Experience of working in a target driven environment
    • Ability to adapt and learn
    • Communication and listening skills
    • Computer literacy
