Hello. We are inisoft

Job Title: Software Development Manager - Hybrid Working

Location: Glasgow

Inisoft are currently looking for a Software Delivery Manager to join our team!

We are a market-leading provider of software solutions for contact centres and colleges, with clients in around 20 countries throughout Europe, the Middle East and North America.

This role is on the contact centre side of things and our product Syntelate XA is all about empowering agents and making things easy for them. It doesn’t matter whether a customer gets in touch by phone, email, SMS, web chat or social media; whatever the customer’s channel, Syntelate lets the agent help the customer through a single user interface.

We are taking this product in exciting new directions with a particular focus on the SaaS marketplace.

Role details.

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Software Development Manager to lead the development team of a well-established, successful software company. The right candidate will be a good problem solver, capable of thinking outside the box and be able to lead to all phases of the development lifecycle.  This is a hands-on role where you will divide your time equally between managing the team and coding.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment using an agile development methodology. The role involves working closely with other members of the team, such as with our UI/UX Developer to make Syntelate XA a fantastic-looking and easy-to-use product. As such, you’ll need excellent communication skills.

Attention to detail is key too, as is an interest in researching and keeping up to date with new technologies. Just as one example, right now we’re working a new product with a micro-services architecture.

This is a creative role where you’ll be leading as part of a small but talented team, helping to shape Syntelate XA and make it the best product it can be.

What we are looking for.

  • Educated to degree-level or higher
  • 5+ years’ experience of working with C#, .NET and MVC
  • Working knowledge of Javascript and JQuery
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience designing and writing .NET Core Web APIs
  • Familiar in working using agile methods in a DevOps environment
  • A proven ability to manage a small team of developers, mentoring and supporting them as required.

  • Experience with hosting applications on Azure
  • Micro services
  • Vue.js

What you will get.

  • Salary upto £85,000.00 DOE
  • Hybrid or remote working
  • Bonus Opportunity
  • 35 days holiday
  • Life Assurance & Private Healthcare
  • Development opportunities

Plus much more!
